JM on pot...
Some of you may not be aware, but the U of Colorado has a Hash
Bash-type event in April. This year, the administration decided to
cordon off the field where it takes place and take pics of anyone who
showed up to smoke. They then proceeded to post said pics on the web
and offer $50 to anyone who ID'd someone there. Let the witchhunt
commence. JM, of course, had some feedback when someone suggested that
many of the Victards would have been in trouble, back in the day:
You're lucky you made it out alive.

Those kids in those pictures are destroying their lives.
Marijuana is a problem. A *serious* problem. How many more lives have
to be ruined before we get it?
Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act. I don't think I need to
say more than that, do I?
I can't speak for you, but if I had to make a decision for those
helpless kids between smoking the devil's weed or legally ingesting so
much alcohol they are blacking out, puking, and punching each other in
the face, I know what I'd choose. The *legal* option.
We need to do more about pot. We need to *finally* get tough on it.
Stricter sentences are the only solution to this reefer madness
epidemic. It's one thing when the blacks are smoking it in the ghetto,
but this here, all these white kids in a field, it just isn't right.
